OUTSIDE HOURS!

These appointments do not have a grace period.

  • BEFORE/ AFTER HOUR +$130

APPOINTMENT DAY

  • Please show on time. You will get a 12 mins grace period, after 12mins you will be charged a $50 late fee

  • You should bring pens and paper to ensure you are ready to take notes.

  • You are not allow to leave during a lesson. Breaks are given.

NO EXTRA Guest. NO CHILDREN! we love the kids but we are a no kids zone.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so online.You can do this by going to you confirmation email. Choosing cancel or reschedule through your initial email we will receive your changes and it will reflect on our calendar immediately. Contacting us will not cancel or reschedule your appointment. It must be done online.

  • Should you cancel your appointment less then 24hours there will be a charge for the full amount of your service.

  • Same day rescheduling will be charged a $50 fee plus a new deposit is required since deposit are non-refundable or non-transferable.

  • No calls, No shows will be charged full price of service and prohibited from making any future appointments, unless consulted with me.(does not include deposit)

  • We are NOT responsible for why you forgot your appointment. Please insert email carefully and check your email. We will not give any refunds for forgetting an appointment.

  • Cash ( please bring exact change)

  • Debit/Credit Card and Apple pay ($20)

  • Note: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions! Even if you booked seconds ago.
